- Chinaman - off-break bowled by a left-handed wrist-spin bowler in the style of Eddie Achlong
- Chinese cut - most popular OB stroke
- Chop
- Cow-shot - often attempted but difficult to get right.
- Daisy Cutter - Taught in OB nets on day one.
- Dead Ball - usually when OB bowler fails to deliver ball to batsman
- Declaration - when innings declared closed - not known for an OB Fugleman
- Draw - also unusual but known to have happened.
- Duck - No score, very common.
- Flipper - Top spinner bowled by a righthanded leg-break bowler.
- Full pitch - ball doesn't bounce often disappearing over wicketkeepers head
- Gate - gap between bat and pad
- Guard - protect your stumps. Given by umpire and is a mark on the crease.
- Hat-trick - not known in OB cricket, otherwise three successful deliveries by one bowler
