Match Report by Old Bohemians: A tight game with Bohemia opting to bat first as half their team were still missing when we left The Plough. Wouldn’t really be an OB game either without a late captain stuck on the M4 or returning from holiday.  New Bohemia squeeze a memorable Victory.

So feeling rather tired the young ‘OB’s made a fatal decision and decided to reverse the normal batting order with CRL opening and attacking the ball well and GM defending too well.

Lochrane scored a splendid quick 12 and Mossop yet again failed to lift any ball out out of the grounds was called off at the 11th hour much to the disappointment of New Bohemia who were determined to keep him at the crease.

Despite some fine batting by Alec Askew and a heroic effort by Charlie Byrd seeing the ‘OB’s’ to 129 on the last ball. Henry Newbolt couldn’t have wished a finer finish.
